Thank you for your e-mail and feedback regarding your recent visit with us. I am disappointed to read that you did not enjoy your meal with us. I have discussed your comments with the chef and would like to apologise to you for the poor quality of your meal. The standard of food served in our restaurant is normally extremely high and feed back very positive and as such I am surprised at your experience.
I would hope that this experience would not put you off returning to us and would like to offer you a complimentary upgrade on your next visit. Please contact me by return should you wish to book again so that I may personally look after your reservation.
check in was good but i found the arrival letter very informal explanation of the facilities would be so much better we were having to look around for everything. TV chanels very limited also the pool ...

Thank you for your e-mail and feedback regarding your recent visit. I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us. I have noted your comments about the welcome letter have discussed it with my Front Office manager with regard to revising this procedure. With regard to the television channels, we do provide an interactive television and internet service with a full range of up to date movies as well as music channels along with the regular terrestrial channels.
We do have plans to move and refurbish our bar in order to make better use of the wonderful views over Oysterhaven. It is a shame that you did not get to use our Leisure centre and C-Spa which is located within the hotel itself, directly below the reception area. Again, the location of this should have been explained to you at check in time, please accept my apologies for the lack of communication.

Quality of the food in the restaurant has greatly diminished since our first visit three years ago. Pool no longer supplies wet bags or soap. Still a lovely experience and staff extremely friendly.

I am disappointed to read that you feel the quality of food has diminished, we still have the same chef in the kitchen and he has been putting a lot of work into creating dishes using locally sourced meats & seafood. I have spoken with the team in the leisure centre regarding the wet bags and the soap. I am delighted that you enjoyed your visit, repeat guests such as yourselves are the mainstay of our business and our best source of quality feedback.
