The Oysterhaven View Restaurant at the Carlton Hotel Kinsale features cuisine from our internationally trained chefs in intimate surrounding with unspoilt views over Oysterhaven Bay.  The contemporary design of the restaurant in this luxurious Kinsale hotel enables guests to relax and enjoy our delicious food accompanied by a glass of wine from our extensive choice of Fine Wines.  Our 90-seater restaurant will specialise in fresh home made produce and when it comes to cuisine we have big ambitions. We offer breakfast every morning with prices starting at €13.50 for a full Irish and Continental breakfast. Our table d'hote dinner menu is priced at €45 per person but we also offer an Early Bird menu for only €27 per person, subject to availability.

Head Chef, Kieran Duff, heads up the kitchen with a team of 10 and busily turns out a bill of fair centred on modern, fresh and home-made cuisine with an eclectic twist. Kieran's ethos is that simplicity is at the heart of his menu's adding that fine food is about pure flavours and great textures using only the most excellent seasonal ingredients locally sourced.
