  • RESERVATIONS
    We recommend that you book well in advance of your arrival to secure your treatments. A credit card reference is required.
  • ARRIVAL
    Check in for all Spa Treatments is 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • GIFT VOUCHERS
    These are available at the spa and hotel reception. Gift vouchers are valid for one year.
  • CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS
    Gentlemen must wear swim shorts for all Spa treatments. We advise that you bring swimwear for spa treatments. Disposable underwear will be provided where necessary for both men and women. Robes and slippers are available at the Spa Reception.
  • SPA ENVIRONMENT
    We request that all mobile phones are switched off during your visit and noise must be kept to a minimum.
  • SWIMMING POOL
    Use of the Swimming Pool is complimentary to all Spa Guests.
  • SPECIAL CONSIDERATION
    Please make your spa therapist aware of any medical conditions. Due to the medicinal elements of the spa treatments, we cannot carry out treatments on people who have consumed alcohol 24 hours before their treatment times.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY
    24 Hours notice is required for all cancellations otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. 75% charge for 'no show'.
  • REFUND POLICY
    Treatment Packages are non refundable, non transferable or non exchangeable.
  • PAYMENTS
    All major credit cards, room charges and cash are accepted. Prices quoted are subject to change.
  • VALUABLES
    The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought to the spa premises.
  • LATE ARRIVAL
    Appointment times must be adhered to. Should you arrive late your treatment will end at the appointed time and full payment must be made
