We stayed in the holiday homes overnight recently for a wedding we attended at the hotel. There was 3 couples staying in the house and we had more than enough room there. Each bedroom has an ensuite and ... all rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and it was wonderful! Very tasty and hot! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back there. ---

I brought my partner here for a birthday treat and it exceeded our expectations. The room was very comfortable, the staff friendly, awesome views and great food in the restaurant. Would highly recommend to friends and anyone wishing for a relaxing weekend break. Kinsale is a fabulous town.

We stayed in the hotel, whilst exploring Kinsale & surrounding area, and found the hotel to be a hidden gem - staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, and the food in the restaurant as good as any that can be had in Kinsale town itself. For those wanting to visit the area, yet stay out of the hustle & bustle, it's an ideal location!

we stayed here in july. from the moment we walked in to the hotel we were treated like royalty. the meal was exquisite, the rooms were stunning with fantastic views. our friends also stayed in the chalets which were both well equipped and clean. overall a beautiful hotel to stay in and i would have no problem recommending to anyone at all.

Have recently stayed in the hotel and the garden cottages..Both experiences would be highly recommended. If you want to get away from it all and come away feeling relaxed and refreshed this is the place to go. Accommodation, Staff, Food and Spa could not be faulted.

Having my parents in-law over from Australia we were looking for the ideal weekend away. We got it at the Carlton in Kinsale. Rooms were oh so clean and spacious and the staff couldn't do enough to help us have a decent break. The shuttle service was ideal to enjoy some Irish craic in Kinsale and get dropped back to the hotel. We will definitely return.

I recently stayed for 2 nights and it was so relaxing in such beautiful surroundings, in a beautiful hotel. The staff were the friendliest I have ever come across(special mention to the restaurant staff who were fantastic in every way) I will return again for so many reasons especially the fantastic value for money....and I only live 10 miles away!

We spent a night at this amazing hotel recently and were really blown away by the beautiful views, luxurious rooms and pleasant atmosphere. The food also matched these standards and it was overall a perfect night away!

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Carlton Kinsale for a pampering weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was lovely along with the sea view and we made good use of the spa and leisure centre. The food was very good and we went for a nice morning stroll down to the waters edge. Will definitely try to arrange another girlie weekend.

My husband and I stayed here and were so pleased with our choice. Everything was top notch. I highly recommend this hotel...you will love it. It really was the best hotel we stayed in during two weeks of travel across southern Ireland.
